Connecticut offers EV rebates to jolt sales

In May, Connecticut became the first state to offer cash-on-the-hood rebates to customers who buy EVs or plug-in hybrids, such as the Nissan Leaf, Chevrolet Volt or and Ford C-Max Energi.
