Tesla says it hasn't been subpoenaed on Model 3 production following report of FBI investigation

Tesla has not received a subpoena from the Department of Justice related to its forecast for Model 3 production, the carmaker said after The Wall Street Journal reported the company is facing a deepening criminal probe about the projections.
