Honda crash victim didn't get notice of Takata airbag recall

The driver of a 2002 Honda Accord who died earlier this month in a crash that may have involved a ruptured Takata airbag inflator hadn't been notified that his vehicle was recalled in June 2014 for the suspect inflators, a Honda spokesman said.
