Former GM exec Murtaugh hired as CEO of Chinese automaker Qoros

Qoros Automotive, the Shanghai-based joint venture between China's Chery Automobile and Israel Corporation, appointed former GM executive Phil Murtaugh to run the company after struggling to boost its sales.
