Mercedes takes early luxury lead, resurgent Lexus jumps to No. 2

Mercedes-Benz opened 2015 with a record January to take an early lead in the US luxury race, but a surging Lexus is nipping at its heels. 2014's luxury champ, BMW, finds itself in third place after the first month.
