Justices paved way for suit against TrueCar

The dealer lawsuit accusing vehicle-shopping site TrueCar Inc. of false advertising was made possible by a unanimous Supreme Court decision last March, which opened the door for dealers representing 117 new-car franchises to file the suit last week.
