Toyota, Fiat Chrysler, GM, Nissan rise in Feb.; Ford falls

Most automakers posted modest U.S. sales increases in February amid signs that severe winter weather in much of the country crimped demand more than previously forecast. Toyota volume jumped 13 percent, Fiat Chrysler's U.S. sales rose 5.6 percent.
