FCA, Toyota, Hyundai rise as industry heads towards another advance

Fiat Chrysler recorded its 60th straight U.S. sales gain in March while Ford, Honda, Nissan and General Motors fell as the industry appeared to defy forecasts by heading toward another monthly sales increase.
