Penske seeks $1 billion for truck parts unit, report says

Roger Penske's holding company is exploring a sale of Truck-Lite in a deal that could value the maker of lighting, wiring harnesses and mirrors for trucks at close to $1 billion, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
