Takata declares 34 million vehicles with its airbags defective

Japanese airbag manufacturer Takata Corp. has agreed to declare nearly 34 million vehicles defective due to problems with airbag inflators, the U.S. Department of Transportation and National Highway Safety Administration said moments ago.
