La. exec sentenced to 11-year prison term for $1.2M ad fraud of dealerships

A politically connected media firm owner who billed Louisiana dealerships for fictitious advertising that cost them more than $1.2 million was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison Wednesday, the Department of Justice said.
