Takata identifies at least 400,000 faulty airbag replacement parts, report says

At least 400,000 of the 4 million replacement inflators for defective Takata airbags will need to be replaced again in U.S. vehicles, sources at NHTSA and the Japanese safety equipment maker told Reuters.
