Nissan, Fiat Chrysler, Honda ride light-truck wave to June gains

Nissan, Fiat Chrysler, Honda and Ford, riding a jump in light trucks, all posted U.S. increases in June as the industry continued to climb toward one of its biggest sales years ever.
