Japanese supplier Kayaba to pay $62 million criminal fine for price-fixing conspiracy

Japanese supplier Kayaba agreed to plead guilty and pay a $62 million fine for its role in a conspiracy to fix the prices of shock absorbers sold to automakers in the U.S., federal prosecutors said today.
