Supplier Continental recalls defective airbag control units used in 5 million vehicles

German supplier Continental is recalling potentially defective airbag control units in up to five million vehicles made by Daimler, Honda and Fiat Chrysler vehicles globally over a five-year period, according to documents made public today.
