Ford, Honda, Nissan, FCA post strongest Feb. sales gains

Ford, Honda, Nissan and Fiat Chrysler posted double-digit U.S. sales increases last month following forecasts that the industry would chalk up its strongest February in 16 years. Ford surged 20 percent.
