Takata enlists restructuring lawyers, report says

Japanese airbag supplier Takata has enlisted restructuring lawyers at law firm Weil Gotshal and Manges LLP amid global recalls covering millions of vehicles, The Wall Street Journal reported today, citing people familiar with the matter.
