Fiat Chrysler names Bigland as head of Alfa and Maserati

Harald Wester has been replaced by Reid Bigland as head of Fiat Chrysler's Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands. Bigland will also continue as head of U.S. and Canadian sales for the automaker. Wester will remain FCA's chief technical officer.
