Mitchell Plastics to build $20.5 million parts plant near Detroit

Canadian auto supplier Mitchell Plastics plans to invest $20.5 million to build a plant north of Detroit in Sterling Heights, Mich., a move that will create 122 jobs, the state's development arm said.
