Consumer Reports presses U.S. to raise compensation for VW diesel owners

Consumer Reports urged the Justice Department to hike compensation for 475,000 owners of VW diesel vehicles that skirt emissions rules, and allow owners who opt for a fix the right to later reconsider the decision.
