U.S. expands probe of 8 million airbag inflators after fatal crash in Canada

NHTSA said it is upgrading a probe of more than 8 million airbag inflators made by ARC Automotive Inc. after a death was reported in Canada following an inflator rupture in a Hyundai vehicle last month.
