Wholesale used-vehicle prices rise for 4th straight month, Manheim index shows

Wholesale used-vehicle prices rose for a fourth straight month in July, despite predictions prices would fall in 2016 as a flood of off-lease vehicles came on the market, according to the Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index released Friday.
