Canada union leader 'feeling encouraged' as GM talks continue

The head the Canadian auto workers union said today he's "feeling encouraged" by the way negotiations with General Motors are proceeding, as the union pushes to secure new investment as part of a labor contract ahead of a midnight strike deadline.
