Chevy Bolt EV to carry EPA-certified range of 238 miles, GM says

The Chevrolet Bolt has been certified by the EPA to go 238 miles on a single charge, making it the first electric vehicle to be sold in the U.S. with a range of more than 200 miles and a starting price of less than $40,000.
