Subaru spikes Crosstrek Hybrid for 2017

The Crosstrek Hybrid, Subaru's first production hybrid, will be discontinued for the 2017 model year. The move comes amid a slump in U.S. sales of hybrid and other alternative-energy vehicles, notably cars, as gasoline prices remain low.
