Trump plans to nominate Wilbur Ross to head U.S. Commerce Department

President-elect Donald Trump said today he plans to nominate billionaire investor and auto supplier executive Wilbur Ross as Commerce secretary and Todd Ricketts, co-owner of the Chicago Cubs baseball team, as deputy Commerce secretary.
