Global automaker group seeks to block EPA from finalizing mpg rules

Automakers including Toyota and Honda have launched a fresh effort to stop the EPA -- before President Obama leaves office -- from cementing a regulation that would slash tailpipe greenhouse gas emissions through 2025.
