GM, Nissan gain 10% behind retail, fleet sales

U.S. deliveries jumped 10 percent in December at GM and Nissan, signaling generous year-end incentives and light-truck demand spurred the industry to another sales record last year. Volume edged up 0.3 percent at Ford Motor Co.
