Automakers aim to strike deal with EPA, Calif. over 2025 emissions targets

A trade group representing automakers said hopes to reach a deal with California and the Trump administration over vehicle fuel efficiency standards. The White House plans to hold negotiations with car companies and California over the mpg rules.
