Opel CEO Neumann resigns, CFO Lohscheller to succeed

The CEO of General Motors' European Opel division, Karl-Thomas Neumann, has resigned, the carmaker said. Opel's supervisory board has appointed finance chief Michael Lohscheller as Neumann's successor, Opel said on Monday.
