GM cybersecurity chief to head global vehicle safety

Jeffrey Boyer, GM's global safety chief who helped shape the company's safety operations following its ignition-switch crisis, is retiring and will be replaced by Jeffrey Massimilla, the company's chief cybersecurity officer.
