FCA posts $1 billion Q4 profit, predicting 'strong likelihood we'll outperform Ford in 2018'

FCA said its fourth-quarter net profit nearly doubled to $1 billion and it stood by aggressive 2018 financial targets. CEO Sergio Marchionne said there is a "strong likelihood we'll outperform Ford in 2018."
