Car thief steals from Ford dealership, then returns the vehicle

A 2013 black Ford Taurus is the latest vehicle to be snatched from Basil Ford of Niagara Falls, N.Y., in a recent string of car thefts at the dealership. But here's the catch -- the thief returns the car.
