Fiat Chrysler denied bid to dismiss diesel emission cheating claims

A federal judge ruled that owners of 150,000 Dodge Rams and Jeep Grand Cherokees can proceed to trial over allegations that the vehicles' software was designed to hide emissions over the legal limit.
