Stuttgart to start ban of older diesels in 2019

Stuttgart, home to Mercedes and Porsche, will bar diesel vehicles meeting the Euro 4 or older emissions standards starting next year and may be forced to ban Euro 5 vehicles by 2020 if measures to improve air quality fail, a state ministry said.
