Renesas Electronics weighs deal for U.S. chip maker, reports say

Japanese automotive chipmaker Renesas Electronics, looking to further expand into chips for self-driving vehicles, is considering buying U.S. chipmaker Integrated Device Technology, Reuters and the Nikkei reported.
