FCA agrees to sell Magneti Marelli to KKR's Calsonic, report says

Fiat Chrysler has agreed to sell its car-parts unit, Magneti Marelli, to KKR and Co.'s Calsonic Kansei in a deal valued at up to $7.1 billion, Bloomberg reported.
