Audi's Schot appointed CEO on permanent basis

Audi marketing expert Bram Schot will become the luxury brand's CEO on Jan. 1, making permanent a role he has held on an interim basis since June. Schot was originally considered a longshot to permanently lead the automaker because he lacks an engineering background.
