GM China president to become automaker's chief technology officer

Matt Tsien will succeed Jon Lauckner, and communications chief Tony Cervone is retiring in a series of executive changes. GM has hired an outsider -- Craig Buchholz from Procter & Gamble -- to replace Cervone.
