The joint venture factory in Tianjin would have annual manufacturing capacity of 200,000 vehicles, according to a document issued by authorities of the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, a collaboration between the two countries aimed at creating a socially harmonious, environmentally friendly and resource-conserving city.
