Nikola threatens Hindenburg with litigation, short-seller 'welcomes it'

Nikola said it retained corporate litigator Kirkland & Ellis. It also said it plans to bring the actions of the activist short-seller, together with evidence and documentation, to the attention of the U.S. securities regulators.
