Nissan's lending arm to pay $4M fine over allegations of improper repossessions

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. wrongfully repossessed hundreds of vehicles from consumers. NMAC denied wrongdoing but agreed to settle.
