AutoNation completes acquisition of Priority 1 Automotive, adds 9 stores in Maryland

AutoNation Inc. has closed on the purchase of nine luxury dealerships in Maryland. It's the second big acquisition completed so far this year for the nation's largest new-vehicle retailer.
