Tesla cuts $10,000 off Model S and X by offering lower-range versions of its flagship EVs

With Tesla's latest price cuts, the Model X crossover now starts $90,130 including shipping, with just 269 miles of range. Analyst Gary Black says the new base S and X "don't seem like great value propositions."
