Nissan-backed Calsonic Kansei surges on report of KKR takeover

Calsonic Kansei shares surged to a record in Tokyo after a report that the U.S. investment firm KKR and Co. will acquire the Japanese auto-parts supplier backed by Nissan Motor Co.
