ArcelorMittal to open plant near GM in Detroit, create at least 120 jobs

ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks, a unit of Luxembourg steel producer ArcelorMittal, plans to spend $83 million to set up a manufacturing plant in Detroit and create at least 120 jobs over five years, the state of Michigan said Tuesday.
