Benz overtakes BMW in U.S. luxury race

Luxury auto sales are outpacing U.S. industry gains as BMW and Mercedes-Benz lure buyers from mainstream brands with lower-priced models. In April, Mercedes pulled ahead of BMW to take the luxury-brand lead.
