Crossovers, trucks drive Nissan, Honda, GM, Ford, FCA to healthy gains

Nissan Motor, American Honda, GM, Fiat Chrysler and Ford all posted healthy U.S. sales gains for July, helping the industry begin the second half of the year on a strong note. FCA projected the seasonally adjusted annual sales rate for July at 17.
