VW seeks as much as $21.5 billion in bridge financing, report says

VW is working with banks to secure as much as $21.5 billion in short-term bridge financing to show it has adequate liquidity to weather the diesel emissions crisis, Bloomberg reported, citing two people familiar with the matter said.
