Dow Chemical, DuPont engaged in late-stage merger talks, report says

Dow Chemical is in late-stage talks to merge with DuPont in what would be the largest deal in the chemicals industry, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg. Both companies have a major presence in the automotive supply chain.
